We would respectfully draw to your attention the following general and particular conditions, assumptions and exclusions to our prices in respect of all foregoing works. Except where accurately detailed and described on tender drawings and capable of being formed or undertaken as the work proceeds, no allowance has been made for any builder's work, holes, chases, building in or the like for or in connection with any other trades, services or components and any such additional or later cutting, forming, or building in including any return visit necessary to complete or make good after such work, shall be charged in accordance with the day work rates and other percentages quoted herewith. In the case of doors and windows or other pre-manufactured components to be fixed into brickwork, we have allowed for construction using the frames, sub frames or components or with suitable formers, templates or profiles supplied by yourselves to ensure accurate opening sizes, the cost of removing such temporary formers, templates or profiles to be borne by yourselves. Openings will otherwise be constructed in accordance with dimensions given and to brickwork tolerances permitted according to the relevant British Standard. Any special measures reasonably necessary for the protection of components whilst being built into the works, for example items supplied pre-coated,, pre-decorate, pre-glazed and the like, are be provided or undertaken by yourselves or such items or components shall otherwise remain at your risk. All necessary consents and licences to be obtained by yourselves. Period of written notice required for mobilisation, reprogramming or resequencing of works, excluding Bank Holidays and statutory industry closures, to be not less than two weeks. We shall have no design liability Suitable and safe hard access roads and hard standings to be provided for use of our delivery vehicles or other site plant. 110v electrical supply to be provided, where appropriate, to our working areas free of charge. Use of safe and suitable standing or special scaffolding or access to be provided for our use free of charge. Site working hours at 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Mondays to Fridays, beyond which overtime rates shall apply in the event of enforced or authorised overtime. Defects whether during the currency of the works or after certified completion shall be notified to us in writing for our attention. Other than provided herewith we have allowed fixed price until December 2005. All works and other charges occurring after that date to be subject to re-quotation and agreement prior to continuation of works.
