Celcon Thin Joint & Ra Housing Systems

In conjuction with Celcon, we have expanded upon their innovative thin joint blockwork product to provide a complete shell system comparable to timber frame.

Instead of a timber frame, we can build a masonry shell, incorporating Celcon thin joint blockwork, timber
joists and trusses.

We can achieve within 12 days from slab level on a typical pair of houses including all access scaffolding A complete shell ready to receive roof coverings. This removes the need for outer skin to be part of the critical path. It removes the lead in times associated with timber frame and improves our contractor's cash flow by avoiding lump sums paid up front for the frames.
